Sunday morning Pastor Chip launched the OBCC Vision Series, "Seeing". His sermon set the tone for the coming weeks as he spoke from the book of Esther. As a church, we have also reached a defining moment. We have been placed at the corner of 31st & Midwest Road for "such a time as this".
